Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support the operations of multiple store locations, ensuring adherence to Captain Jay's high standards Develop and implement strategic plans to improve performance and profitability across all locations Monitor and manage P&L statements for each location, ensuring financial targets are met Lead and mentor Store Managers, providing guidance on staff management, training, and development Conduct regular site visits to assess store performance, cleanliness, and customer service standards Analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements Implement and enforce company policies and procedures consistently across all locations Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction Collaborate with the senior leadership team to set and achieve overall business goals

What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience in multi-unit food management (required) Proven track record of driving sales and managing operational efficiency Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide Store Managers Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive business growth High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); advanced education in business management or related field is a plus Valid Driver's License (required) and willingness to travel between locations
