We are hiring a full-time Automotive Technician with extensive mechanic experience (10+ years) to join our growing company, Winning Makes Inc. At our business we prioritize outstanding customer service and a friendly, passionate approach to delivering top-notch repair experiences. Competitive pay ranges from $45 to $65 per hour based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose customer vehicles based on requests or concerns.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Execute independent or team-based mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Use analog and computerized diagnostic equipment to identify issues.
• Present estimates to customers, explaining the necessity of repairs.
• Communicate additional vehicle issues and provide recommendations.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
• Source and order necessary parts.

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a postsecondary program in automotive service technology is preferred.
• Work on a broad spectrum of cars, from Jaguar, Ferrari, Porsche, Rolls Royce, Bentley, and Mercedes, ranging from 1920's to 2020's.
• Familiarity with carburetors and fuel injection, with emphasis on SU, Stromberg, and Weber.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems in modified cars.
• Ability to perform tire changing and balancing, including vintage wire wheels.
• Ability to fabricate new parts and tools if unavailable.
• Strong research skills to find rare parts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers about vehicles.
• Ability to think outside the box and treat each problem individually.
• Skills in welding and machining preferred.
• Experience in restoration and race car preparation a plus.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong problem solving, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
