Hazmat Driver Chemicals Incorporated Baytown, TX In addition to standard CDL driver responsibilities, HAZMAT drivers have a separate set of responsibilities as the materials they haul can be a danger to themselves along with others and even the environment. This will be based out of Bay City, Texas Plant. Duties include Driver facilitates the transport of dangerous materials like flammable liquids, nuclear waste and explosives. Employers require hazmat drivers to have at least a high school diploma, a commercial driver 's license and training in hazardous materials or tank vehicles.
