• . This position requires candidates to have
• experience operating and programming CNC machines
• such as HAAS, ACCURPRESS, OMAX, and more. Must be able to read CAD drawings, use micrometers and calipers, and perform accurate, detailed work in a manufacturing setting.
• Responsibilities for a CNC Machinist include but are not limited to:
• + Set up and operate various CNC machines (lathe, mill, press brake, waterjet) + Write, read, and edit CNC programs + Assemble parts per blueprint/drawing specs + Use measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Material handling as needed + Assist with production and support tasks as assigned
• Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• + High school diploma or GED + 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred + Ability to read CAD drawings and interpret specifications + Familiarity with machines such as HAAS, ACCURPRESS, OMAX, Bridgeport + Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods + Ability to communicate and follow written/verbal instructions
