Knowledge and understanding of risk assessments techniques, change management, incident reporting and response planning.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills both orally and in writing
• Proficient project management skills.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships and good teamwork
• Proficient with ServiceNow or similar enterprise ticket management system MIS degree is preferred.
