Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and oil burners. Troubleshoot system malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repair. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. Comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Preferred prior experience as a HVAC and Oil Burner Technician Valid HVAC license/certification Proficiency in installation, repair, and maintenance of Heating/Air Conditioning systems Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Provide customers with operating instructions and maintenance tips for their appliances. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and services performed. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols. Keep up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and installation techniques.

Requirements:
