You will have the opportunity to learn multiple responsibilities

• we are a cross-functional team where we share responsibilities based on priorities and volume of work in each area! Primarily you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the organizations contract resources
• releasing new positions, scheduling interviews, onboarding contract resources, and ensuring that we remain in compliance with the policies and procedures established by Publix Super Markets, Inc.

Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day activities for Publix Technology's contract resources Partner with Publix Technology hiring managers to release new positions, coordinate interviews, and onboard new contract resources Work with the company's preferred contract vendors to provide regular communication on open positions, candidate queues/updates, and contractor releases, etc.) Collaborate with different teams across the organization as it relates to our contract resources (Technology Services, Access Verification, Security Operations) Crosstrain with other IT Staffing/Onboarding specialist to learn onboarding tasks, job postings, interview scheduling, and other duties to serve as a back-up when required Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years' experience in an administrative support role 3+ years of experience in MS Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) Effective written and verbal communication Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize your daily tasks with other tasks (weekly, monthly, ad hoc, etc.) Desire to cross-train to learn other roles with the Workforce Development Team Benefits Employee stock ownership plan that contributes Publix stock to associates each year at no cost An opportunity to purchase additional shares of our privately-held stock 401(k) retirement savings plan Group health, dental and vision plans Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave Short

com) Year End Bonus To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.
