These medical billing positions offer growth opportunities where you can develop a career with an established leader in the healthcare business industry. Remote work options are available for this position; however, candidate must be able to commute to Knoxville, TN for a required on-site training period for a minimum of 90 days. Some positions may also require intermittent time in the office, as needs arise.POSITION

Correspond with client to resolve inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Identify payer trends and notify manager of negative trends. Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and compliance. Maintain accurate documentation and reports. Following established processes and procedures. Requirements High School education or equivalency, medical billing courses and/or higher education a plus. Good computer, written, & verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes is not required but preferred. Previous medical billing experience is not required but preferred.
