The Role:

Are you a skilled and safety-conscious driver looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? We're seeking a Charter Motorcoach Driver to support our dynamic transportation team. This role is ideal for someone who values variety, enjoys being on the road, and wants a schedule that accommodates their lifestyle. As a Charter Driver, you'll provide essential coverage for our full-time driving staff during paid time off (PTO) and have the opportunity to pick up additional routes as they become available — including multi-day charter trips. While the weekly hours may vary from 0 to 20 hours, schedules will be shared well in advance to ensure work-life balance and predictability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate buses, coaches, or motorcoaches in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations Transport passengers on chartered trips, ensuring safe and timely arrival at destinations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain cleanliness and order inside the vehicle at all times Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers as needed and ensuring a pleasant experience Accurately complete and submit trip logs, mileage reports, and inspection forms, clean and fuel vehicle Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding trip details and any issues Handle unexpected situations calmly, such as route changes or mechanical issues

Requirements:

Valid Class A or B CDL with airbrake and passenger endorsement and a minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required Excellent driving record and customer service skills The Landline Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer This is a Safety-Sensitive Position subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FMCSA guidelines.
