The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes across Foresight Bank's six divisions, with a priority focus on the retail business. This individual will work closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and external candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience, while aligning with the organizations' strategic goals.Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers across all divisions to understand and gauge staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Source candidates using innovative tools, including professional networks, ATS (applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment events. Screen resumes, conduct initial prescreens and interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams to advance candidates through the hiring process. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Manage pre-employment processes (including background/credit/reference checks) and offer letter generation and presentation. Crafts and sends communication with information about the company, onboarding agenda, equipment handover, dress code, parking options, perks and similar items. Oversee the HR operational onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required paperwork, background checks, and compliance requirements are completed. Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company culture, policies, and procedures. Act as a primary point of contact for new recruits, addressing questions and providing guidance throughout the onboarding process. Collaborate with IT, facilities, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Build strong relationships with Human Resources team and hiring managers to ensure alignment of hiring goals and timeline. Follow human resources procedures and educate and communicate impacted parties on workflow and responsibilities. Make recommendations and implement efficiencies. Manage and comply with HR Document Retention schedule and system. Manage and/or participate in special projects, as needed. Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestment Act, and EEO/AA/Fair Employment Practices.Competencies:

Basic knowledge of human resources management, including but not limited to employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment, learning and development and applicable employment legislation. Fluency in Microsoft365. Basic abilities as HRIS user, preferably ADP. Self-user of social media for purposes of recruitment preferred.Performance Standards:

HS Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or bachelor degree or commiserate experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or related field preferred. 1-3 years prior experience in a Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources related role or responsibilities a plus. Must have a valid driver's licenses and the ability to travel regionally.Physical Demands and Work Environment :
