Location:

Partial Remote (Based in NJ with occasional travel to Secaucus, NJ)

Salary Range:

$75,000-$85,000 (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, networks, and servers. Troubleshoot IT issues and escalate complex problems as needed. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and updates. Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google environments. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.

What We're Looking For:

Proven IT support experience; MSP experience is a big plus. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Server 2012/2016/2019, Active Directory). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service.
