Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Insurance Agent Training Program. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience to prepare trainees for a successful career as an insurance agent. Trainees will learn about various insurance products, sales techniques, customer service, and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured training program covering insurance products, sales strategies, and customer service. Assist senior agents in identifying potential clients and conducting needs assessments. Learn to develop and present customized insurance solutions to clients. Gain knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service. Attend team meetings, workshops, and continuing education sessions to stay updated on industry trends. Achieve performance goals and milestones set by the training program.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Sales or customer service experience is a plus. Must obtain necessary insurance licenses within the training period.
