Recruiter Web Content Development Pittsburgh, PA 15237 • Hybrid work Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. We are recruiting this candidate for a client in the healthcare staffing industry and need a recruiter with a healthcare background. Preferably assisted living, skilled or personal care homes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring nursing top talent assisted living, personal care homes and skilled facilities. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruiter will utilize various tools and platforms to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Coordinate employee orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Implement lead generation strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Engage in executive recruiting efforts to attract high-level candidates for senior positions. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates on the status of open positions. Experience Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within a corporate or agency environment. Familiarity with human resources processes, including employee orientation and internal recruiting practices. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or ADP is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. Experience in lead generation techniques is a plus, as well as knowledge of leveraging platforms like LinkedIn for sourcing talent.
