SharePoint Full Job Description Company:

Herdt Consulting, Inc. We are seeking a highly motivated MS365 Power Platform Developer and Solutions Architect to join our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions for Navy users. This is a remote position focused on redesigning and developing proprietary tools using MS365 no-code/low-code tools, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint, to create accessible, non-proprietary solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivering comprehensive training for Navy users to ensure the effective adoption of these solutions. Lead the redesign and development of existing proprietary decision support tools using MS365 Power Platform capabilities to create accessible, maintainable solutions. Architect efficient workflows and applications in Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint for Navy-specific processes. Develop visually impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Provide user training and documentation to facilitate effective adoption and usage of solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in MS Power Apps and/or Power Automate 3+ years of experience in SharePoint and Power BI 3+ years of experience with MS365 integration and leveraging no-code/low-code tools for custom solutions. Understanding of DoD and Navy problem solving abilities and attention to detail. (preferred) MS365 certifications in

Power Apps, Power Bi, Power Automate or SharePoint Soft Skills Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be a US citizen
