He/she will utilize business analytic tools, the analyst will collect data, analyze and provide trends/gaps of the operational results including projections. The DevOps Analyst will be responsible for various tasks including analytical studies, Dashboard development, provide KPI recommendations, collect/organize data, document and generate business case requirements. The analyst will communicate internal and external KPI results through formal documented reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned): Self-starter, able to learn new functions quickly and accurately SQL Postgresql a plus. Fast learner for database and tables. Deploy data visibility tools. Flexible Work Hours (PST, CST, EST) Help Desk EDI Transactions (FTP, XML) types/mapping: 315, 204, 210,211, 214, 215, 850, 810, 855,940, 943, 944, 945, 846 WMS experience Scrum•agile project, waterfall management methodologies a plus Kanban methodologies Strong interpersonal communication skills Logistics, Import, Export, Transportation life-cycle knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Content Contributor/Project Management HTML or PHP knowledge a plus API•Jason Understanding of software development life cycle Data mapping Requirements Analysis Functional specifications Power Point Reliable and responsible Fast learner Microsoft Office 365 Power BI a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education Requirements:

Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.
