Work independently and strategically—this isn't micromanagement, it's ownership. Get licensed in Property & Casualty (if you're not already), with full support from our team. What You Bring Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience . You've lived on the front lines. A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. Confidence in B2B conversations—you can walk into any business and spark interest. Coachability, drive, and follow-through. Desire to master a niche and build an enduring reputation.
