Summary We are seeking a full-time Desktop Support Analyst to assist with day-to-day Support operations. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized, highly motivated self-starter that is capable of properly prioritizing their workload and delivering viable solutions in a timely manner. The position may require occasional weekend work, as is necessary to support our user base, correct system abnormalities, or deploy new technologies. Responsibilities Provides in-person or telephone-based technical support on a variety of hardware and software platforms to local and remote clients. Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software issues Services and supports the desktop computing environment including installation, upgrading, repair, replacement, and warranty fulfillment of software and hardware systems. Ensures that all required documentation is kept current, and that all incidents are logged in the company's ticketing system. Responds to email, telephone, and trouble ticket submissions in a timely and courteous manner. Conducts preventative maintenance on hardware and software systems Conducts employee training as necessary Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Some college preferred 1-2 years of Desktop Support experience Experience with Windows 10/11 Operating Systems Experience with all versions of Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage workload Self-starter - able to work with minimal supervision Join our dynamic team as a Support Analyst where you can make a difference by providing top-notch technical assistance while enhancing your skills in a supportive environment.
