Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Sales Generation:
Actively pursue new sales opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
Product Knowledge:
Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products offered by the agency.
Customer Service:
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with agency policies.
Relationship Development:
Cultivate positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Learning and Development:
Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities. Requirements Licensing assistance available. Must obtain a state insurance sales license within 30 days of hire.
Experience:
Sales experience is beneficial, but not required; training will be provided.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-Oriented:
Eagerness to meet client needs and provide excellent service.
Motivation:
