Dental Assistant The Dental Assistant is responsible for providing dental care to patients in a public health setting. This position works under the supervision of a dentist and dental office manager and is responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Driving the company vehicle to the scheduled facility Preparing patients for dental procedures Taking and developing dental X-rays Chairside assisting the dentist or dental hygienist Cleaning and polishing teeth Applying fluoride treatments Instructing patients on oral hygiene Maintaining dental records
Dental Assistant Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent At least two years of experience working in a dental setting (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team State Driver's License and clean driving record
Dental Assistant Benefits:
Rate:
