MUST BE A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN

What You'll Do This role involves operating, inspecting, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical issues, performing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and complying with safety codes and regulations. The position also requires the use of electrical test equipment, installation of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, and maintaining detailed maintenance records. Occasional driving of a company vehicle is required. While there are no formal supervisory duties, the role provides technical guidance and task coordination for coworkers, ensuring timely completion of projects.

You will need to have:

Excellent written and verbal communication High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of seven years experience as a licensed electrician Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves:

Completion of a formal apprenticeship program is preferred. Prior experience with DDC and EMS preferred. Master Electrician license as dictated by local electrical codes

Education and Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles and to understand operating budgets. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. Uses personal computer and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS, and training. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
