• Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan processing, underwriting, and a strong understanding of financial services. Responsibilities
• Review and verify loan applications for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and internal policies
• Communicate with clients, underwriters, and loan officers to gather necessary information
• Analyze credit reports, income documentation, and asset statements
• Prepare mortgage loan files for underwriting approval
• Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions for loan funding
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions Skills
• Proficiency in loan processing and contract review
• Knowledge of Underwriting processes and procedures
• Familiarity with 10 key typing and mathematical skills
• Experience in financial services and credit analysis
• Understanding of FNMA guidelines and regulations

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience working in a bank or financial institution
