What You'll Do As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing shipments and invoices in SAP within strict timelines. Managing government invoicing through platforms like WAWF and VIMS. Monitoring and reconciling accounts receivable reports, addressing overdue accounts, and clearing credits. Ensuring timely month-end close activities for payments, invoicing, and adjustments. Collaborating across teams while adhering to company standards and regulations. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has:

Experience:

1-2 years in a high volume Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and collections; SAP experience preferred.

Education:

High school diploma required; Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ethical integrity, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with standard accounts receivable practices; experience in Government/Defense contracting is a plus.

Flexibility:
