Job Summary:

Urgently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Ambulatory Care team. This is a 1-year temporary assignment with the potential for extension. The role primarily involves administering vaccines across various mobile locations.

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Responsibilities:

Administer vaccinations and provide general nursing care in a mobile unit. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care. Travel between different locations as required. Maintain compliance with clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of LVN experience required.

License:

Current and valid California LVN license (Required).

Certifications:

Required:

BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association).

Preferred:

CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Language:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Driver's License:

Clean and valid driver's license required.
