Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction Handle and process all leads (in person, phone, presentation, service, etc) in a timely manner Deepening customer relationships by educating and selling additional products Provide excellent customer service by processing payments and assisting clients during claims reporting Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverages as needed Cross-selling existing customers with other Farmers products where available Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals Generate accurate quotes at high volumes Work well in a team environment and cultivate relationships with others Maintain proper time management and efficiency Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems

Requirements Insurance Sales Representative Qualifications:
