Responsibilities Full-time, on-site, Accounts Receivable Specialist at our headquarters located in Kings Park, NY. Responsibilities include managing detailed customer accounts receivable sub-ledgers to ensure accurate and timely billings (to), and collections (of payments from), customers. This role involves data processing, customer interaction, account reconciliations, and team collaboration with Plycon dispatchers and order processors. Must be comfortable making collection calls to customers, utilizing a balance between quality customer service and assertiveness.

Qualifications Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is a plus

Experience:

Seasoned experience as an

Accounts Receivable Specialist Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and QuickBooks Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP"), systems is a plus.
