Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
This person provides dedicated IT support to C-level executives, managing office and home IT needs, including troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance of systems and networks. They ensure seamless operation across Windows and Apple environments, resolve technical issues efficiently, and collaborate with IT teams to implement secure solutions. With excellent communication skills and discretion, they handle high-pressure situations, offer after-hours support, and ensure compliance with corporate security and HIPAA standards.JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide hands-on, end-to-end IT support for C-level employees and senior leadership, addressing their unique needs in both office and home office settings. 2. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime, recognizing the criticality of executives' time. 3. Responsible for managing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of executives' home office IT infrastructure, including internet connections, Wi-Fi networks, network devices, printers, and peripherals. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to internet browsers, VPN client software, RSA Security Tokens, cellular broadband, Wi-Fi, email synchronization (Outlook), and remote access solutions. 5. Support both Windows and Apple environments, ensuring compatibility and functionality of software, hardware, and peripherals. 6. Handle high-pressure situations with executives and VIPs, maintaining professionalism, confidence, and tact. 7. Collaborate with IT teams such as Network, Telecomm, and Server teams to implement and maintain cross-functional solutions that align with corporate security and operational standards. 8. Exhibit advanced soft skills, including active listening, problem-solving, discretion, and superior customer service, to build trust and rapport with executives. 9. Support dynamic and urgent schedules of senior leadership, including providing after-hours support. 10. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. 11. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. 12. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within. 13. This role requires moderate direction but relies on independent judgment to identify issues and recommend solutions. Work is varied and moderately complex, requiring a broad range of knowledge gained through experience. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives while prioritizing the needs of C-level employees and senior leadership.JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Experience, and Training) :- Minimum high school diploma. Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- At least 5 years of IT experience with a focus on providing support to C-level executives or VIPs in a corporate environment.
- Strong experience troubleshooting both Windows and Apple environments.
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure setup for home offices, including networking, Wi-Fi configurations, and peripheral devices.
- Familiarity with endpoint management systems, workstation encryption technologies, security tokens, virtual desktop infrastructure; knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong planning, organizing, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work off-hours as needed to support business demands.
- Professional business attire is required as this role is onsite at our headquarters and center of excellence.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $95K to $105K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.BENEFITS
