Description:

We're thrilled to announce that one of our clients is looking for a Workday HCM Test Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing various components of the Workday HCM system, including HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management. This role involves validating integrations and payroll processing to ensure smooth functionality. You'll also perform functional, integration, and regression testing, and support business development efforts such as preparing estimates, proposals, and presentations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• You'll be responsible for testing different parts of the Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) system, like HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• You will validate Workday integrations and payroll processing to make sure everything works correctly.
• Your job will involve different types of testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
• You'll help in business development by supporting activities like preparing estimates, proposals (RFPs), and presentations.
• You'll need to analyze requirements, create test cases, run tests, and report the results.
• You will use testing tools like HP ALM, Jira, Selenium, Kianos Smart, and UFT.
• You'll regularly update clients on project progress and identify risks to prevent issues.
• You'll be coordinating with your team to ensure all testing activities are completed on time.

Experience of the

Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in testing HCM applications, with at least 5 years in Workday testing.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, and related modules.
• Experience in software testing, Agile methods, and automation tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to support business activities.
• Understanding of Workday Automation using Selenium.
• Experience in PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and Microservices testing is a plus.

Job Type:

Contract Pay:

$50.00 - $80.00 per hour
