Job Summary and Responsibilities HVAC Technicians will manage new and existing residential and light commercial client interactions Strong troubleshooting and diagnosing skills of HVAC systems service, maintain, repair and replace heating and air conditioning equipment Wiring diagram reading skills HVAC Technicians participate in an on-call rotation Test HVAC systems to ensure safe and proper functionality Adhere to local, state and federal codes Job Qualifications Minimum (5) years residential / light commercial HVAC work experience Texas Department of Licensing & regulation (TDLR) HVAC Technician Certification Current EPA type II certification Good driving record Current State of Texas driver's license Own standard HVAC hand tools State of Texas Contractors license (a plus) High School or equivalent education Secondary education in the HVAC industry (a plus) Benefits Wages commensurate with skill and experience Company vehicle and gas card Company cell phone and iPad on company paid plan Paid holidays Vacation (PTO) Health, dental, vision, life and short-term insurance 401K with company match Tuition reimbursement program Tool purchase program
