We're looking for a versatile and driven Listing Coordinator to help prepare and present our luxury properties. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate brokerage team. In this role, you will be solely responsible for managing the listing process from contract to live status. You will work closely with sales agents to ensure all new listings are launched seamlessly, professionally, and on time.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate Listing Onboarding:
Work directly with sales agents to collect all necessary documentation, disclosures, and listing agreements.MLS Entry:
Enter and manage property information in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with accuracy and attention to detail.Timeline Management:
Track all upcoming listings and ensure they go live on schedule.Compliance:
Verify that all files and listing documents meet brokerage and MLS compliance standards before going live.Client & Vendor Coordination:
Communicate with sellers and third-party vendors (photographers, cleaners, stagers) as needed to facilitate the listing process.Internal Communication:
Keep agents informed of listing status and provide updates as key milestones are completed. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a real estate office, ideally in a coordinator or administrative support role Strong understanding of real estate listing processes and MLS systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Proficiency in tools like MLS platforms, CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple listings and timelines at once Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Familiarity with transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, DocuSign) Real estate license is a plus Basic understanding of real estate markets and terminology is a plus.
