TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic Qualifications:

Experience repairing smartphones, PC/MACs, electronics, and game consoles. Proven leadership/supervisory experience. Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales goals. Success in training and developing new employees. Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent technical, problem solving and analytical skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Works well in a team environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays. High school diploma or GED. Proof that you are legally eligible to work in the United States. You MUST have exceptional organizational skills. Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent administrative skills to handle paperwork, reports, and other documentation. Proficient in stock management, including inventory control and ordering processes. Knowledge of marketing principles to develop promotional strategies and drive sales. Strong math skills for cash handling, financial analysis, and budgeting purposes. Organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient store environment. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. Store Manager Duties Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Ensure all repairs meet or exceed UBIF quality standards. Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner. Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions. Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions. Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards. Implement marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales. Prepare reports on store performance, including sales, inventory, and employee productivity. Store Manager -

Electronics Repair, Technician and Computer Repair Requirements:

At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience required. Previous experience working at a retail electronics store. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. Proficient in basic math calculations for handling cash transactions. Knowledge of stock management principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

A+ certification. Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT). Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics. Bilingual is a plus. All applicants may be subject to drug screening and/or background check.
