What You'll Do:
As a Install Manager , you will oversee a team of +30 service technicians, ensuring they deliver outstanding service to our extensive customer base.
Your responsibilities will include:
Revenue Growth:
Driving team performance to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Team Leadership:
Hiring, training, and coaching technicians to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
Daily Operations:
Managing schedules, inspecting vehicles and uniforms, and resolving employee or customer concerns promptly.
Customer Service Excellence:
Responding to customer complaints professionally to build strong, lasting relationships.
Process Optimization:
Evaluating and enhancing service methods to increase efficiency and productivity.
JOB SUMMARY
The Plumbing Installation Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the installation of plumbing systems within an organization. This position involves planning, coordinating, and supervising plumbing installation projects to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget while meeting quality standards and client expectations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
??The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: ?
Project Planning and Coordination:
?Collaborate with project stakeholders to determine plumbing installation project requirements, including scope, budget, and timeline. ?Develop detailed project plans and schedules, assigning tasks to installation teams. ?Procure necessary materials, equipment, and permits to support project execution. ?
Team Management:
?Supervise, train, and mentor a team of plumbing installation technicians. ?Ensure that installation teams are adequately staffed and equipped to meet project demands. ?Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. ?
Quality Assurance:
?Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure that installations meet industry standards and customer expectations. ?Conduct inspections of completed installations to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. ?
Safety Compliance:
?Promote and enforce a culture of safety among installation teams, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. ?Conduct safety training and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on job sites. ?
Budget Management:
?Develop and manage budgets for plumbing installation projects, tracking expenses and cost control measures. ?Review and approve invoices related to installation services and materials. ?
Customer Communication:
?Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and project updates. ?Maintain clear and open communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. ?
Problem Resolution:
?Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during installation projects, working to find prompt and effective solutions. ?Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot complex plumbing system problems. ?
Documentation and Reporting:
?Maintain accurate records of installation projects, including project timelines, expenses, and equipment specifications. ?Generate reports on project progress, performance, and post-project evaluations ?Ensure safety best practices are followed in the field. ?Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Leadership Skills:
Ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve revenue, efficiency, and customer service goals.
Problem-Solving:
Strong ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with Service Titan and Nexstar preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Compensation:
Annual Salary:
$80k-$95k base salary plus quarterly bonuses. Weekly Pay!
Experience/Education:
Required:
3-5 years of direct management experience in Plumbing or a related residential service industry. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Previous Plumbing experience is required.
