This individual will be successful in a spectrum of job duties that include planning, coordinating, and directing the HR & administrative functions of 3CON. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing assistance to both employees and management. Maintain HR systems and processes including: The full employment lifecycle including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding. Manage employee health benefits with company's insurance broker. Assist company's attorney in employee visa & legal documentation. Maintain accurate and organized employee files. Analyze trends in compensation, benefits, and employee statistics. Impartially investigate employee concerns and conflicts and bring them to resolution. Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Additional duties include:
Act as the receptionist including greet guests, direct calls, and additional executive functions. Book travel for employees including hotels, rental cars, and airfare. Maintain and organize corporate travel accounts and pricing with vendors. Track the maintenance and use of company vehicles. Any additional duties as requested.Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in human resource and/or administration functions or in related fields. Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ADP WorkForce Now. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently.
