PrecisionManufacturing Position Overview:

We are seeking CNC machinists with strong milling experience to set up and run 3, 4, and 5 axis machines independently. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a high-mix, low-volume setting.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3, 4, and 5 axis)
• Machine mid-size parts (10" to 60" diameter)
• Read and interpret blueprints, models, and setup sheets
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure accuracy
• Troubleshoot and adjust setups as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience (milling focus)
• Ability to perform full setups and work independently
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Dependable and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other CNC equipment (lathe, EDM, etc.)
• Technical training or machining certifications
