Since 2010, Cost Accounting Recruiters has worked with manufacturing companies to fill positions nationwide and even internationally, filling positions in over 40 states, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Because of overwhelming demand, Cost Accounting Recruiters is expanding and looking for a Recruiter. We are looking for a dynamic relationship builder willing to build new relationship through constant contacting leads through outbound phone calls. This is a phone-driven business, no travel necessary, but you are marketing to new clients and candidates that are outside of the DFW area. You will start out marketing to clients who are hiring candidates within our specialty while simultaneously developing candidate relationships by connecting with experienced professionals. This job will start out full-time in the office but has the potential to move to hybrid and even fully remote after reaching certain sales target. • Market to clients in order to obtain access to jobs we can fill
• Once you have obtained a job order, you need to walk the client through the interview process
• Sourcing candidates that match our jobs
• Phone screening qualified candidates, presenting our jobs, prepare their resume for presentation to clients, submit resume to clients and then prepare and debrief candidates from interviews, negotiate salaries
• Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with candidates
• Manage your online profile with regular posts on LinkedIn
• Average 300+ calls and over 10+ hours of talk time on the phone a week
• Other duties as assigned
