We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Originator.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to assist members with their mortgage lending needs, analyze loan requests and make credit decisions based on mortgage lending policy.

Key Responsibilities:

Input complete and accurate residential loan applications. Evaluate applications for approval/denial and work with borrower for any additional documents. Understand and articulate financial calculations and current rates and pricing. Assembles and organizes documents in loan file. Actively develop business relationships with realtors and other professional referral sources. Keep informed of current trends in mortgage lending and market factors. Maintain required NMLS registry.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Three years to five years of similar or related experience. Customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with first and second mortgage real estate lending. Must be able to travel independently.

• 5:00 PM Saturday Hours 8:00 AM
• 12:00 PM (Typically works one Saturday per month) Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.
