The Opportunity:

We're looking for a dynamic, driven, and entrepreneurial-minded Founding Sales Partner to help shape and scale our recruitment business. You'll work alongside the owner and other founding partners to drive strategy, expand our client base, and develop innovative recruiting solutions.

What You'll Do:

✔ Develop & Execute Sales Strategies

• Identify and engage potential clients, demonstrating the value of our recruitment services. ✔ Build Lasting Client Relationships
• Partner with businesses to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions. ✔ Grow & Shape the Business
