Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Consultant to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM Online platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM customization, integration, and deployment best practices. Experience with Azure DevOps, .NET/C#, and web technologies is essential, with additional preference for knowledge of Azure Data Factory and other Azure services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM Online platform, including entities, workflows, business rules, and plugins. Manage and optimize solution deployment and promotion processes across Development, Test, and Production environments. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools to streamline development and deployment workflows. Develop custom plugins and workflows using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C# within Visual Studio. Customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms, views, and dashboards using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and integration with Dynamics 365 CRM. (Preferred) Design and manage Azure Data Factory pipelines for integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems. (Preferred) Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or other Azure services to extend CRM capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Online development and solution management. Strong .NET/C# development skills for plugin and workflow customization. Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for CRM UI enhancements. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of SQL queries and data structures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Azure Data Factory for CRM data integration. Exposure to Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or other cloud-based services. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Certifications (a plus).
