• Qualifications
• Asphalt Roller Operator with a minimum of (5) years of experience.
• Has the ability and understanding of compaction of asphalt.
• Has operated 3-5/5-8/10-12-ton Rollers.
• Valid Driver License.
• Attendance is highly important due to Seasonal work schedule.
• Must maintain professional communication skills.
• Must maintain a strong work ethic.
• Must be willing to work weekends with advanced notice.
• Must demonstrate an attitude toward excellence with clients and co-workers.
