In-Person interviews are anticipated to start the week of March 17, 2025. Our Human Resources Division is currently seeking a Health and Safety Team Member to assist with the Reasonable Accommodation program for CalPERS. The preferred candidate has experience with Reasonable Accommodation and other Health and Safety programs, as well as the ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills to support a fast-paced team environment. Duties include but are not limited to: Initiates and engages in good-faith interactive processes for reasonable accommodation Administers all aspects of the reasonable accommodation program including, but not limited to: Providing team members program materials and resources Providing, certifying, and recertifying the appropriate documents Scheduling and facilitating work restrictions. Providing medical management program options Determining program eligibility Applying applicable provisions Developing and providing letters of approval or denial based on medical information and eligibility requirements. Provides consultation and guidance to CalPERS team members and leaders Interprets and administers medical management programs Develops, designs, and delivers a variety of presentations, training, and/or other communicationsJob Type:
