Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations throughout the loan process. Qualifications Active NMLS license required. Must reside in Michigan. Proven experience as a successful Loan Officer with in-depth knowledge of loan origination and processing. Proficient in underwriting guidelines, credit analysis, and basic math/accounting software. Strong customer service and negotiation skills. Familiarity with financial sales and Fair Housing regulations. Comfortable working remotely and managing a personal loan pipeline.
