What You'll Do:

Support real estate and land use, civil litigation, and business transactional matters Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, project entitlements, and related agreements Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and client communications Assist with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation Build your individual practice while working closely with experienced attorneys

What We're Looking For:
