Compensation:
$55,000 - $92,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:
Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies Process current policyholders' insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims
Qualifications:
Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor's degree is desired Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred Skilled with Microsoft Office About Company Devotion to its policy owners has led New York Life to over 176 years of industry success.
