Real Estate Agent/Realtor Bridge Realty Group LLC Lafayette, LA 70503 • Hybrid work Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. This role requires excellent communication abilities, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service. Duties Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice on market conditions and property values. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively. Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers, utilizing various platforms including social media. Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms while adhering to real estate laws. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, laws, and regulations to provide informed guidance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communications. Prepare necessary documentation for transactions including contracts, agreements, and disclosures. Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders to facilitate smooth transactions. Organize and manage administrative tasks related to listings and client interactions. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service; prior experience in real estate is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of real estate law and administrative processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong negotiation skills that enable successful outcomes for clients. A valid real estate license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe upon hiring.
