Experience managing Microsoft 365 tenants. Experience with RMM solutions as well as ticketing systems. Excellent phone presence. Job responsibilities of the MSP Help Desk role include handling support calls, managing client accounts with their hardware and software vendors, as well as local on-site consulting at times.Experience:

Most of our clients use us as their outsourced IT department as they are not large enough to have a full-time staff. To fulfill that role, we assist with all aspects of their technology from networking, security, Internet services, VoIP, email, hardware procurement, as well as hardware and software support. Additional non-technical requirements of the position: Must be authorized to access ITAR data. Hybrid job remote and onsite at client sites local to Chicago area. Able to commit to 40 hours per week. Available to work occasional evenings (mostly remote) and/or weekends. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites.Job Type:
