Responsibilities:

Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Participate in the weekly team meetings Attend at least 4 classes a month at the market center or via Zoom Host at least 3 open houses a month either with another team member or on your own Utilize Sierra Internationals to the fullest Consistent continued efforts to connect with leads provided to you by the team and track all communications, smart plans, etc through

Sierra International Qualifications:
