This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and commission structure, as well as opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic tests to identify and repair mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to accurately diagnose and repair vehicle problems Conduct routine maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations, in a timely and efficient manner Keep track of work orders and maintain accurate records of all repaired vehicles Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain necessary repairs and provide cost estimates Continuously update and improve technical skills through training and on-the-job learning Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the workshop Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; formal technical training or certification as a Master Level Auto Technician is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience as an auto technician, with a strong understanding of foreign and domestic vehicle systems Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
