The Remanufacturing Technician will safely perform disassembly, clean, requalification, rework and assembly operations on Traction Motor Combo components utilizing manual and automated equipment in accordance with quality procedures.

THIRD SHIFT HOURS

: Monday-Friday 9:30pm-6:00am

Pay Rate :

$23.50 per hour Remanufacturing Technicians Job Summary Take apart used UX Traction Motor Combo components, clean them thoroughly, and prepare them for remanufacturing. Carefully examine the components for wear, damage, or defects using various tools and techniques. Repair or replace damaged or worn parts, following established procedures and guidelines. Put the components back together, ensuring proper fit and function. Keep detailed records of the work performed, including any repairs or replacements made. Keep their tools and equipment clean and in good working order. Remanufacturing Technicians Job Qualifications High school diploma / GED preferred Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health, & Safety) procedures and policies Ability to use manual equipment and hand tools safely Working knowledge of inspection measurement equipment Understanding of all manufacturing and quality procedures associating assigned product line in a lean manufacturing environment Ability to lift 75lbs Why PROMAN Staffing?
