• We are a well-established, very healthy and stable precision motion control component manufacturer, in a state-of-the-art facility, doing business for over 50 years. We have a strong customer base and an excellent reputation for quality. We are in search of a machinist to setup and operate medium size CNC lathes - both barfeeders and the person (OKUMA / NAKAMURA).

  $30-$34/hr

• Responsibilities
• + Set up and productively operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations, with the ability to read and edit programs (G codes / M codes) + Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations + Select and install cutting tools, adjust machine settings, and monitor the machining process to ensure quality and accuracy + Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications + Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality + Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment •Essential Skills•+ High school diploma or equivalent + Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist + Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations + Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls and programming + Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations + Ability to assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot machinery + Proficient in the use of hand tools and precision measuring instruments •Why Work Here?

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, Massachusetts.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
