Fridays Responsibilities Client Engagement:

Effectively communicate with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide knowledgeable advice.

Policy Development:

Work closely with clients to develop customized insurance plans, ensuring each policy fits their unique requirements.

Sales Strategy:

Implement and refine sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.

Market Analysis:

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to better serve clients.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuous Improvement:

Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements Licensing:

Active Colorado Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales or a related field.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
