Build and manage a pipeline of real estate investor clients. Pre-qualify borrowers and collect necessary documentation. Coordinate with underwriting and closing teams for fast approvals. Mortgage Loan Officer Requirements 2+ years of mortgage or private lending experience. Knowledge of DSCR, Fix & Flip, and construction loans. Ability to self-source leads and manage relationships. Must have closed at least $500,000 in volume in one month. Driven, organized, CRM knowledge NMLS license preferred (not always required).
